At HM Hotels, we understand that sustainability is also about people. That is why we have established a strategic partnership with Esment, a leading organisation dedicated to the social and labour inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and support needs.

This collaboration is part of our everyday operations. We incorporate a selection of products made by Esment into our hotels’ Food & Beverage offerings, including bread and wines, supporting a local production model that delivers a positive social impact.

In addition, we rely on Esment to produce much of our corporate stationery, signage, and printed materials, making the organisation our main supplier for these items across our hotels. In this way, every project we undertake also helps create employment opportunities, strengthen the local economy, and build a more responsible business model.
